Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your country) and capable of forming a binding contract to use Admayr. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

Admayr helps you create, schedule, and publish content and ad campaigns to your connected channels using a combination of automation, templates, and AI. Features, limits, and availability of the Service may evolve over time. We may add, change, or remove features at our discretion, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid plans.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method for the then-current fees plus applicable taxes. Plan quotas (such as monthly video creations) reset with each billing cycle and unused quota does not roll over.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes, which are added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Payments and recurring mandates are processed by our payment partner; Admayr does not store your full card, UPI, or bank credentials at any time.

Recurring mandates. When you subscribe, the first billing cycle is charged immediately and the mandate you approve authorises the same amount to be collected automatically on the same date each subsequent cycle. You may revoke the mandate from your account or your bank or UPI app; revoking a mandate cancels future collections but does not refund cycles already served.

Failed payments and dunning. If a recurring payment fails, we retry the collection up to six times over three days (twice daily). If all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled and your account is moved to the free tier. Monthly credits are not allotted for any cycle whose payment has not been confirmed.

Credits and top-ups. Plan credits reset at the start of each paid billing cycle and do not roll over. Separately purchased top-up credits are one-time purchases, are consumed only after the monthly plan credits are exhausted, and do not expire while your account remains active. Credits carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for money.

Vouchers. Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, apply only to the transaction they are entered on, cannot be combined, and may be withdrawn or invalidated if we detect abuse.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and do not generate pro-rated refunds, except where required by law. Credits consumed on generated content are non-refundable, including where you choose not to publish the output.

We issue refunds only where required by applicable consumer law, or where a technical fault on our side made the Service materially unusable for a full billing cycle and our team could not resolve it. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge, from the email address registered on the account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. We reserve the right to recover any bank or processor penalties arising from an unjustified chargeback.

Admayr is currently offered only to users located in India. We may verify your location, and we may restrict or refuse access from other jurisdictions. You must not use proxies, VPNs, or any other technique to circumvent these restrictions, and you are responsible for complying with the laws of the place you access the Service from.

You retain ownership of all content, brand assets, prompts, and instructions you upload or submit (“Your Content”). To operate the Service, you grant Admayr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, and transmit Your Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, including generating captions, images, and videos, and publishing them to channels you connect.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

Admayr uses AI models to generate text, images and videos based on your inputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs we generate for you. AI output can sometimes be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your audience. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it and for ensuring it complies with the policies of the platforms you post to.

Because generative models are probabilistic, similar prompts may produce similar output for different users. We therefore cannot and do not guarantee that any output is unique, original, or free from resemblance to third-party material, and we make no representation that output is registrable as intellectual property in your name.

You must not present AI-generated output as a factual claim, testimonial, endorsement, medical, legal, or financial advice, or in any way that would mislead your audience or breach advertising standards, including the ASCI code and platform disclosure rules for synthetic media.

Automations you configure, including posting rules, frequency, time windows, and campaign budgets, execute on your behalf without further confirmation. You are solely responsible for the rules you set and the content they publish. We recommend reviewing scheduled output before it goes live.

Delivery times are best-effort. Platform outages, API rate limits, token expiry, review queues, or content rejections by the destination platform may delay, alter, or prevent publication. A failed publish may consume credits already spent on generating that content.

Where you run paid ad campaigns through connected ad accounts, all media spend is billed by the respective ad platform directly to you. Admayr charges only for its own subscription and credit usage and is not responsible for ad spend, campaign performance, or platform policy decisions.

When you connect a third-party account (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Google or Meta Ads), you authorize Admayr to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms, including disabling your account, limiting reach, or changing API access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
• Post or generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful.
• Distribute spam, misleading information, or scams.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the Service in ways not authorized.
• Interfere with the Service, our infrastructure, or other users.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and the Admayr brand, belong to Admayr or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service or any of our intellectual property to you.

You may stop using Admayr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; certain provisions (such as IP, liability and dispute clauses) survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admayr disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admayr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Admayr in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 5,000.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Admayr and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice, for example by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We aim for high availability but do not commit to a formal uptime guarantee on standard plans. Planned maintenance is performed with reasonable notice where practical. Support is provided by email during Indian business hours, with priority handling for paid plans.

Features labelled beta, preview, or experimental are provided for evaluation, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and are excluded from any support or availability commitments. Use them at your own risk and do not rely on them for business-critical workflows.

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where you upload personal data belonging to your own customers or audience, you act as the data fiduciary or controller and Admayr acts as your processor, handling that data only on your documented instructions and for the purposes of operating the Service.

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, government action, internet or power failures, cyber-attacks, or third-party platform outages.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Admayr and supersede any prior understanding. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.

In line with Indian law, complaints regarding the Service or content may be sent to our grievance officer at grievance@admayr.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days.
